Just rent a car from McCurly and we will deduct $100 from the house rental, and another $150 if you do not like to pay/use the AC.

Prices include all reasonable utilities, local calls, unlimited ADSL / Broadband wireless internet access, (Bring your Wi Fi ready laptop! ), use of kayak. Price does not include 10% room tax.

House has ceiling fans in all rooms and large awning windows in all rooms to take advantage of cooling winds. You do not really need or want AC in winter... if you do not like to use/pay AC just let us know in advamce and we can disconect the AC and deduct $150 per week from the rental fee.

We require a US$500.00 security deposit...

$500 reservation deposit required to book the property. Rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

1. Check the availability calendar to see if it is available when you need it.
2. Send us an email letting us know that you want to reserve the house and the dates you want it reserved. We will be glad to hold the rental for a few days so you can arrrange for flights...
3. Wait for confirmation and instructions
4. You can pay by Wire transfer, Western Union, Paypal, Credit Card, Online Check, Money Order, US Check, Cashiers check, or similar.
   
   To get the keys
   If you rent a car from McCurly we will give you a $100 discount on the house rental. Email: mccurley@cwhiptop.com - Phone: 1 345 947 9626. They will pick you up at the airport, they will drive with you to the house, with a short stop at the market if you so desire, will give you the house keys, and your rental car will be waiting in our house. You only pay for the rental car at the same rate charged by other car rental companies.

If you do not rent a car from McCurly our property manager will meet you on arrival, the keys will be mailed to you, we will give you the door lock combination, or we will make other arrangements... no problem.  You can find the Web of most other car rental companies in our Links

Our property manager will call shortly after you arrive to see if you need any help with cleaning, baby sitting, or any other help...
 

No smoking is allowed inside the house. Please close the doors when you smoke close to the house, in the balconies, or in the porches.
 

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

$500 per week reservation deposit required to reserve the house. Rent must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.

In principle all payments while not refundable, are "completely transferable without penalty"  but subject to certain conditions. Should we be advised, in writing and sufficiently in advance, of your inability to occupy the reserved lodging, we'll gladly apply the entire deposit / payment to an alternate stay subject only to availability. Current rates, in effect when the new reservation is made, will apply.

Do not worry about hurricanes.  If a hurricane strikes while you are renting our place, and this is not very likely, we will give you a free week rental at a later time... if you can not fly to Grand Cayman due to hurricane restrictions we will give you a full refund. If you have to evacuate due to a hurricane we will give you a prorated refund... you will only pay for the days you were in the house...
